I found the staff attentive. The location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast buffet included fresh tropical fruit. I appreciated the wide range of cereals too.

I was quite annoyed. The bathroom faucet was broken in my room. The shower was scalding hot and impossible to adjust. Repair work had clearly been attempted, but it didn't fix anything. The reception desk acknowledged the issue, but offered no apology.

Upon arrival, the check-in process was quick. The staff upgraded my room to a suite when they knew about my birthday. The room was spacious and very clean with all necessary amenities. The hotel's location is central, near bars, restaurants, and Trinity shopping centre.

The cooked breakfast was dry, and the scrambled egg was congealed. Only one lift was operational. I experienced tepid shower water despite running the tap for a while. The bar also closed early, and there was no restaurant or room service available.

My suite featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The bed had soft pillows and a premium mattress. A work desk with multiple power outlets was available.

The beds were comfortable. The hotel's location was advantageous. Our room was reasonably spacious, while another room had less space. Breakfast was provided, and it offered considerable choice.

The staff service diminished the overall stay. The check-in process was slow. An issue arose with the initial room allocation. We waited with no communication for ten minutes after providing our details.
