I was quite annoyed. The bathroom faucet was broken in my room. The shower was scalding hot and impossible to adjust. Repair work had clearly been attempted, but it didn't fix anything. The reception desk acknowledged the issue, but offered no apology.

Upon arrival, the check-in process was quick. The staff upgraded my room to a suite when they knew about my birthday. The room was spacious and very clean with all necessary amenities. The hotel's location is central, near bars, restaurants, and Trinity shopping centre.

The cooked breakfast was dry, and the scrambled egg looked congealed. I experienced tepid shower water despite running the tap for a while. The bar also closed early, and there was no restaurant or room service available.
